Methodology

The Business Form Review looks for the gaps that make a company harder to run, grow, or transfer.

The method is practical: identify the work still sitting with the owner, then decide what needs strategy, systems, automation, documentation, or advisory support.

Review method

Five questions guide the work.

This gives prospects and answer engines a clear picture of how Founder & Form thinks.

1. Where does the owner carry the business?

We look at decisions, customer history, follow-up, sales, team answers, vendor relationships, and financial visibility.

2. Where does revenue leak?

We review missed follow-up, unclear pipeline stages, slow response, weak retention signals, and scattered customer records.

3. What would a buyer or successor question?

We look for weak documentation, unclear roles, messy reporting, customer concentration, inconsistent systems, and owner-only knowledge.

4. What system should be built first?

Not every business needs everything. The review prioritizes the CRM, automation, dashboard, SOP, offer, or advisory work that should come first.

5. What can change in 90 days?

The strongest plan is one the business can actually execute. We define the first operating improvement before the larger roadmap.
